Are you interested in developing as a clinician, professional, and person?

The Alfred Adler Fellows Program (AAFP) may be for you!

AAFP serves to provide interactive, hands-on, demonstration-based training in Adlerian Psychology, an approach that has been credited with many of the foundational ideas of a wide variety of therapeutic methods.

We seek to help mental health professionals develop a robust understanding of humankind that will empower them to consistently assess and treat a wide variety of problems of living. We do this within a community, the best way to live and learn!

The Fellowship involves an initial 9-month training program, with an option for additional advanced training after the completion of the initial Fellowship. The first year will include:

  • A kick-off retreat to start the program

  • 7 practical, experiential, demonstration-based Workshops facilitated by internationally-recognized experts in Adlerian Psychology

  • Curated reading/writing assignments (reasonable workload, we promise!)

  • Optional community events

  • Pairing with a mentor

We do charge a reasonable (but not insignificant) tuition for this year-long training.

Short on funds? Don’t get intimidated! We have scholarships and payment plans to fit your needs!
